The State Agency for Housing Construction under the president of Azerbaijan intends to attract investments for the construction of a shopping center in a privileged residential complex in Baku’s Yasamal district in the coming days, Samir Nuriyev, director of the agency, said.
Nuriyev made the remarks at the international conference entitled "Real estate, privatization and investments" in Baku Nov. 29.
“The amount of investments will reach 6-7 million manats,” he said. “Thus, the total amount of investments attracted for the construction of the Yasamal residential complex will amount to 18 million manats.”
"Earlier, we already attracted investments worth 11 million manats, which will be invested both in the construction of buildings and in the laying of information and communication lines," Nuriyev said.
MIDA is currently engaged in the construction of the first subsidized residential complex in Yasamal district of Baku.
