A production of heat-insulating materials was launched in Bulandynsky district of Akmola region, Kazakhstan.
The newly-launched "Politerm" LLP is capable of manufacturing 34,000 tons of products per year.
"The enterprise is built with private investments, with state support. New European technologies will be used here, which in the future will give impetus to the development of industry in the region, " Governor of Akmola region Malik Murzalin said.
The project is implemented on the basis of the reconstructed workshops of the former piston rings factory in the city of Makinsk.
The company leadership announced that it had already reached a preliminary agreement on the supply of raw materials with suppliers of Kazakhstan and Russia.
The scope of the material is practically unlimited: it is used for the insulation of the facades of buildings, basement, roof, floor and attic, the thermal insulation of pipelines, sanitary and heating equipment, and also for the production of sandwich-type building panels.
The producer promises that the price of the material will be significantly lower than imported analogues.
