Vugar Ahmadov has been appointed director general of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), the bank’s website said Dec. 8.
Thus, the number of director generals in the CBA has reached six.
From 2013 to 2017, Ahmadov served as director of the Research and Development Center of the CBA.
