Kazakhstan plans to increase the supply of metallurgical products to Azerbaijan, a source in the government of Azerbaijan told Trend.
The parties agreed to inform Azerbaijani companies about the possibilities of importing metallurgical products from Kazakhstan and working on increasing the current supply of these products from Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan in 2018-2020, according to the source.
Cooperation in this direction was outlined in the roadmap adopted during a meeting of the Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation in Baku on December 7.
Kazakhstan also plans to increase the export of rolled metal, ferrous and nonferrous metallurgical products, as well as seamless pipes to Azerbaijan.
