Azerbaijan’s Unibank will increase its authorized capital by 10 million manats up to almost 129.7 million manats, says a message posted on the corporate information disclosure website.
In total, 3,676,471 shares worth 2.72 manats each will be issued.
Unibank has been operating in Azerbaijan since 2002. The bank was founded following the merger of two Azerbaijani private commercial banks – MBANK and PROMTEXBANK.
