Cyprus company to additionally invest $5M in Tashkent’s “Eco Park”

Additional $5 million will be invested in the development of infrastructure of the Tashkent Central Park of Culture and Leisure “Eco Park” in Uzbekistan in 2018, the park’s Director Bahtiyor Saidov told Trend Jan. 8.

These funds are provided for construction of a Children’s Training Center, which will include classes for studying foreign languages, reading, spelling, elementary mathematics and other disciplines, a new playground. It is also planned to finish construction of a family restaurant.

Eco Park with an area of ​​12 hectares was opened in June 2016 in Tashkent.

The park is on the balance of Orient-Mebel JV LLC (Cyprus), which owns the biggest factory in Uzbekistan for the production of premium class furniture. In 2016, $5 million was also invested in the construction of the park.
