Shareholders of Unibank OJSC will appoint an external auditor, says a message posted on the Electronic System for Information Disclosure website.
The message says that this issue will be discussed during the extraordinary meeting of shareholders, which will be held on Feb. 22, 2018 at the bank’s head office at: 55, Rashid Behbudov Street, Baku, Azerbaijan.
It is planned to appoint Khaladdin Aliyev as the external auditor.
Meanwhile, it is planned to discuss the changes to the bank’s charter and important deals during the meeting.
As of late 2017, the bank’s authorized capital totaled 125.686 million manats, and the aggregate capital amounted to 67.488 million manats.
