Activity in the housing market in Baku is today observed in the Yeni Yasamal district, microdistricts and Ahmedli settlement in Baku, Director General of MBA Group consulting company, Nusrat Ibrahimov, told Trend March 12.
He said that the high demand is related to the availability of housing in these areas.
The average price per square meter varies between 1,200-1,300 Azerbaijani manats, Ibrahimov added.
Earlier, he said that in 2017, prices in the real estate market of Baku decreased by 3.46 percent.
