Kazakhstan’s Akmola region exported 800 tons of flour to the UAE, the press service of the executive body of the Akmola region said in a message.
Previously, head of the region Malik Murzalin met with the Minister of Economy of the United Arab Emirates Sultan al-Mansuri. The Kazakh side invited Arab companies to invest in specific projects in the Akmola region, particularly in the sphere of grain and meat processing, as well as tourism.
The parties also discussed the issue of establishing an investment park with the Dubai Investments Park in the Akmola region.
In turn, the UAE Minister of Economy expressed interest in the development of projects in the Kazakh industry with the participation of Arab companies in the Akmola region.
Following the negotiations, an agreement the officials signed an agreement on the visit of the delegation of the Arab business to the Akmola region.
