Azerbaijan’s Balkhurma company, engaged in the production of dried fruits, jams and syrups, intends to expand export of products to foreign countries, Head of the company’s Department for Business Development and Human Resources Elnur Sadigov told Trend April 4.
"Our company exported products worth 250,000 manats to such countries as Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Lithuania and Malaysia over the first two months of 2018,” Sadigov said. “In general, this year we plan to export products worth five million manats."
“The negotiations on export of goods to new countries are currently underway,” he said. “A new factory is planned to be opened to meet the demand for exports.”
Balkhurma company launched its activity in 2016. The production capacity of the company per week is 20 tons. Currently, about 100 people work there.
