A meeting with Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Uzbekistan Kwon Yong Wu was held in the Directorate of the Angren free-economic zone (FEZ) in the Tashkent region of Uzbekistan on April 23, the press service of the FEZ said on April 26.
The investment opportunities and conditions created for business and investment activities in the Angren FEZ were presented to the guests during the meeting.
The parties discussed opportunities and prospects for Korean companies to implement investment projects on the territory of the Angren FEZ.
A meeting with the representatives of the Turkish company Eczacibasi headed by Investment Director Mehmet Mercan was also held in the Directorate of the Angren FEZ.
During the meeting, the Turkish side got acquainted with the possibilities of the Angren FEZ and discussed feasibility of a project on production of sanitary ceramics on the territory of the FEZ with its management.
