The National Bank of Uzbekistan has held talks with the French NATIXIS corporate and investment bank during the seventh meeting of the Intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and France, UzDaily.uz reported referring to the press service of the bank.
The sides discussed the issues of expanding cooperation in financing the investment projects, including the projects of small business and private entrepreneurship entities, providing for the import of high-tech equipment and services from France and other European Union countries.
The issues of long-term cooperation, the conclusion of agreements in the field of the export financing and the allocation of loans for support to strategic projects were also discussed.
Establishment of cooperation with Natixis corporate and investment bank will give a new impetus to the development of trade and economic relations between the two countries and will contribute to the further entry of French business into Uzbekistan market.
