The Ministry of Railways of Turkmenistan has announced the following reduction coefficients for the rates of export transportation from Turkmenistan (except for the "Delivered at Frontier" terms) for the period up to Sept. 30, 2018 (inclusive):
- the reduction coefficient of 0.8 - when shipping the Urea cargo;
- when shipping the Sulfur cargo:
- the reduction coefficient of 0.8 - from the loading stations of Samandepe and Soltanbent to the Turkmenbashi-1 station for further transshipment at a port;
- the reduction coefficient of 0.5 - for transportation in other directions;
- the reduction coefficient of 0.7 - when shipping the Crude oil cargo at the Turkmenbashi 2-Farap railway section.
