In August 2018, the volume of cargo transportation in four main airports of Turkey - Sabiha Gokcen, Ataturk, Esenboga and Antalya airports amounted to 2,128,483 tons, which is 193,954 tons more compared to August 2017, Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Turkey told Trend Sept. 11.
In August 2018, the total volume of cargo amounted to 2,527,101 tons, which is 242,467 tons more compared to the same month of 2017, according to the ministry.
