In January-July 2018, a total of 3,616,295 Israeli vessels passed through the territorial waters of Turkey, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Turkey told Trend Sept. 11.
The ministry noted that 872,630 Israeli vessels flying the Turkish flag, 52,959 vessels flying the flag of Israel, and 2,690,706 vessels flying the flags of other countries sailed in the territorial waters of Turkey during this year.
Last year, 5,723,148 Israeli ships sailed in the territorial waters of Turkey, of which 1,452,250 vessels flied the Turkish flag, 83,335 sailed under the flag of Israel, and 4,187,563 flied the flags of other countries.
In the first seven months of 2018, a total of 51,697,256 vessels from different countries sailed in the territorial waters of Turkey, 7,802,316 of which sailed under the Turkish flag, 2,395,205 vessels - under their own flags, and 41,499,735 vessels - under the flags of other countries.
