In January-September 2018, Uzbekistan produced 127,420 cars, which is 25.7 percent more compared to the same period in 2017, the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan said in a report.
According to the information, the production of trucks increased by 3.4 percent – up to 3,020.
In the reporting period, Uzbekistan produced 351 buses, which is 48.8 percent less compared to the same period in 2017.
In the first nine months of 2018, Uzbekistan produced 96,900 automobile engines, which is 34.9 percent more compared to January-September 2017.
In January-September 2018, the production volume of tractors amounted to 2,620 units, which is five times more compared to the same period of 2017.
