A new large-scale tourism project, "Brand of Baku", is being prepared in Azerbaijan, spokesman for the State Agency for Tourism Kenan Guluzade told Trend.
He stressed that the new tourism project is planned to be launched until the end of 2018.
"This year we have successfully presented the first large-scale tourism project, ‘Brand of Azerbaijan’, in Baku and London,” Guluzade added. “A new strategy for the development of tourism was presented within the project.”
“We are currently working on the creation of the second tourism project,” he said. “The creation of the second tourism project, ‘Brand of Baku’, as well as ‘Brand of Azerbaijan’ is envisaged in the Strategic Tourism Development Roadmap."
Guluzade said that new tourism projects are expected to be further developed, in which brands of the country's regions will be presented.
The "Brand of Azerbaijan" was presented in October at a tourism summit in Baku and in November in London.
