The Portugal-based law firm EDGE International Lawyers has been rendering services to clients in real estate sector and investment for 25 years, head of the company's legal department, Marina Martynova, told Trend on Nov. 28.
“The company is currently looking for partners in the Azerbaijani real estate market,” she said.
"We have great experience in real estate sales and investments in Portugal,” Martynova said. “We are greatly interested in long-term cooperation with citizens from Azerbaijan or local companies.”
“We sell luxury apartments in Portugal and there are Azerbaijani citizens among our clients,” she said. “Presently, there are only four clients from Azerbaijan, but we want to expand this list. The Azerbaijani market is very attractive for us, so we are now actively looking for buyers in your country.”
Martynova stressed that on average, prices for apartments in Portugal begin from 350,000 euros.
Most of the company's customers are the citizens from the Middle East, Turkey and China.
