The overall value of clothing output in Azerbaijan reached 76.22 million manats in 2018, which is 1.7 percent less compared to 2017, Trend reports referring to Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee's report.
The output of leather goods and footwear increased by 23.3 percent to 24.86 million manats for the year. The output in the spinning industry increased by 42.4 percent to 238.8 million manats.
Spinning industry products, footwear, clothing and leather products worth 339.9 million manats (a 29.5 percent growth) were produced in 2018.
