Iran’s Razavi Khorasan Province to launch 36 industrial and mining projects

Around 36 mining projects will be commissioned in the north-eastern Razavi Khorasan Province of Iran between February 1 – 11, said Razieh Alirezaei, Head of the Razavi Khorasan Industry, Mine and Trade Organization, Trend reports via SHATA.
According to Alirezaei, many projects are set to be launched on the occasion of the 40-year anniversary of the Islamic Revolution in Iran.
“With an investment of 73.2 billion rials (around $1.74 million), 36 projects will be commissioned and workplace will be provided for 3,013 people”, he stated.
Alirezaei added that project inauguration events will be held in the Mashhad, Bardaskan, Torbat-e Jam, Khaf, Fariman, Gonabad, Nishapur, Kashmar, Chenaran, and Torbat-e Heydarieh counties of the province.
More than 3 billion tons’ worth of 46 types of mining materials can be found in the Razavi Khorasan Province of Iran.
