The Saba-Nour pellet factory has been put into operation with participation of Es'haq Jahangiri, Iran’s First Vice-President, in the Asadabad County of Hamadan Province, Trend reports referring to the website of IMIDRO.
The annual production capacity of the Saba-Nour pellet factory is 550,000 tons.
The factory was built next to an iron ore concentrate plant and is fed from there.
An investment of 1.3 trillion rials (about $30.9 million) was made in the Saba-Nour factory.
With the commissioning of the factory, 120 and 350 people have been directly and indirectly employed, respectively.
