Bismak, an Azerbaijani manufacturer of confectionery and bakery products, intends to increase the range of its products in 2019, a source at the enterprise told Trend.
The company is considering options for the production of new types of cookies and gingerbread, according to the source.
"The factory produces various types of waffles, marmalade, marshmallow, gingerbread and high quality chocolate. The daily production capacity of the factory is 24 tons of cookies and 2.5 tons of waffles. Natural ingredients are used in the production process," the source said.
Bismak's products are sold in the domestic market, as well as exported to neighboring countries, including Russia, Georgia and Kazakhstan.
The products manufactured by the company have a certificate of conformity and a hygienic certificate.
The equipment used at the enterprise is made in Germany and Switzerland.
