A manufacturer of a wide range of fruit juices and compotes operating in Azerbaijan’s Lankaran district will start exports to Dubai during the next three months, a source in the cannery told Trend.
The negotiations on the export of products are progressing, and the parties agreed on a number of key issues, according to the source.
“Russia remains the main sales market for our products, the supplies to this country are at a stable level,” the source said. “Other export directions are being considered, particularly to Poland. However, there are no specific or preliminary agreements with Polish customers.”
The source noted that the company mainly exports fruit juices and compotes, while the remaining part accounts for canned vegetables and tomato paste.
The products manufactured at the plant in Lankaran have a certificate of conformity issued by the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents of Azerbaijan.
The plant uses equipment manufactured in Italy.
