Iranian Chaharmahal and Bakhtiyari Province’s revenues up by 32%

The total revenues of Iran’s south-western Chaharmahal and Bakhtiyari Province for the 10 months of the current Iranian year (starting March 21, 2018) rose by 32 percent, compared to the same period last year, Tahamtan Abdollahi, head of the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiyari provincial department of the Iranian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, told IRNA, Trend reports.

According to Abdollahi, the total provincial revenues during this period amounted to 2.636 trillion rials (app. $62.7 million).

Abdollahi added that the provincial tax revenues for the past 10 months amounted to 2.435 trillion rials (app. $ 57.9 million).

"This shows a 36-percent increase compared to the same period last year," he said.

He noted that the total revenues are connected to direct, indirect, and other state revenues.

Total revenues in Iran are revenues connected to profit made from sales of goods and services, from payments of fines, sales of investment, etc.

Iran's Chaharmahal and Bakhtiyari province has 9 counties with a population of more than 947,000 inhabitants.
