Iranian Customs: country's non-oil trade turnover exceeds $75B

In the current Iranian year (started March 21, 2018), Iran's non-oil trade turnover reached $78.5 billion, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) Mehdi Mir-Ashrafi said during his visit to the country's Khuzestan province, Trend reports referring to IRICA.

During the first 11 months of the current Iranian year, Iran's non-oil exports reached $40 billion, while non-oil imports reached only $38.5 billion, Mir-Ashrafi said.

He noted that once Iran's revenues from trade were only $40 billion, but currently, Iran's oil and non-oil exports have hive $70 billion.

Mir-Ashrafi visited customs of the province and held talks with businessmen.
