Iran should prioritize the development of trade relations with neighboring countries, Iranian MP Hamidreza Kazemi told the Iranian parliament's website, Trend reports.
"Therefore, constructive steps must be taken to develop trade relations with Iraq, Turkey and the Gulf countries," he said.
Touching upon the solution of Iran's current economic situation, the MP added that the government should pay special attention to the issue of production, as most of the country needs to boost its domestic production.
"In my opinion, the country officials should pay attention to the local potential in production and the potential of the neighboring countries in the export of products," he said.
