Following April 2019, prices in the Azerbaijani housing market will remain stable, general director of the consulting company MBA Group, real estate expert Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
He noted that a similar situation will remain on the primary housing market in May 2019.
"We expect a slight increase in prices in the secondary housing market, ranging from 1 to 1.5 percent. At the same time, no changes in prices are expected in the primary housing market," the expert said.
Ibrahimov noted that according to preliminary forecasts, this trend in the primary housing market will continue at least until the summer.
"I think that in the next two months there will be no price hikes in the secondary housing market either," he added.
