The prices for commercial facilities will increase in Baku in May-August 2019, expert in real estate sector Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
“The growth rate may reach about 2-3 percent,” he added. "The prices for commercial facilities in Baku will rise by 1.5 percent next month and further increase in the coming months,” he added. In his words, the rental costs for commercial facilities are expected to rise up to 1.5 percent in May-August 2019.
Ibrahimov stressed that the prices for commercial facilities are expected to decline in autumn 2019 and increase again by the end of the year.
