Prices for land plots in Baku this summer may rise 3-5 percent, real estate expert Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
The rise in prices for land plots in Baku will begin in May, Ibrahimov said.
"Similar dynamics of price growth was observed in previous years as well, and I believe that it will continue this year," he noted.
The expert added that the biggest increase in prices for land plots in Baku was in 2014, when prices from May to August increased by 8 percent, and in the next three years, price growth in this segment varied within 4-6 percent.
"Traditionally, the most expensive land accounts for the central part of the city, Icheri Sheher, Khatai district and around Ganjlik metro," Ibrahimov said.
