The revenues received in January-April 2019 from mobile communication services in Azerbaijan amounted to 272.4 million manats, Trend reports referring to the Azerbaijani State Statistical Committee.
The revenues of the mobile communications sector decreased by 3.1 percent and reached 42.8 percent of total revenues of the telecommunications market in January-April 2019 compared to January-April 2018, according to the State Statistical Committee.
In January-April 2019, population and organizations in Azerbaijan were provided with information and communication services worth 637 million manats, which is 11.7 percent more compared to the same period of 2018.
Of the total information and communication services, 71.7 percent accounted for services rendered to the population. In the meantime, 82.6 percent of the revenues received via the sector accounted for non-state enterprises.
