The Azerbaijani company Kercom plans to double the production of honey under the brand "Mr. Bee", the company's Director Javid Karimov told Trend.
Karimov said that last year the company produced eight tons of honey and in accordance with the company's principles, the production doubles annually.
Further, the director noted that most of the honey produced by the company is sold on the domestic market, but some of the products are exported.
"We accept online orders and export our products to Arab countries, Turkey and the Eastern European region. In the future we plan to expand the list of export destinations," Karimov said.
The director said that Kercom actively participates in export missions and exhibitions held abroad.
He further noted that the company plans to attract foreign investment and is actively working in this direction with the investment company Khazar.
Kercom has been operating in Azerbaijan's non-oil sector since 2015.
The main missions of the company are the development of the non-oil sector of the economy, increase in the country's export potential and the expansion of domestic production.
