Uzbekistan signs agreements on co-op with foreign partners

Uzbekistan signed a number of agreements worth $320 million with foreign partners, Trend reports referring to Uzbek media.

Some 39 documents were signed as a result of "Doing business in Namangan" international investment forum.

An agreement on project realization worth $40 million on mineral extraction in Pop district of Uzbekistan was signed with Chinese company YanTai JinPeng Mining.

Furthermore, the administrative center of Namangan region signed an agreement with chairman of Indian company "Ultimate Investments" on construction of hotels and a business center worth $50 million.

Another document is a memorandum on improvement of physical facilities of Namangan region’s cardiac center with attraction of interest-free credit line worth $10.5 million. The document was signed as a result of a meeting between Aziz Abduhakimov, Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan, Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan and representatives of АМЕ International GmbH and AVK GmbH companies of Austria.

Another agreement was signed with Russian company Tavifa Torgovy-Dom on export of textile products worth $30 million.
