In April 2019, the Turkish-Kazakh trade turnover increased by $6,796 million compared to April 2018 and reached $209.438 million, Trend reports referring to Turkey's Trade Ministry.
In April 2019, Turkey’s exports to Kazakhstan amounted to $69.941 million, while imports from Kazakhstan equaled $139.497 million.
At the same time, the trade turnover between Turkey and Kazakhstan decreased in January-April 2019 by $1.627 billion compared to the same period in 2018 and reached $740.917 million.
In January-April 2019, Turkey’s exports to Kazakhstan amounted to $228.861 million, while imports from Kazakhstan equaled to $512.056 million.
The total trade turnover of Turkey in April 2019 amounted to $33.377 billion.
During this period, Turkish exports increased by 5.38 percent compared to April 2018 and amounted to $15.273 billion.
In April 2019, imports from Turkey decreased by 14.62 percent compared to April 2018 and amounted to $18.104 billion.
