The export of the Turkish goods to the member-states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) increased by 9.8 percent and reached $21.7 billion in January-June 2019 compared to the same period of 2018, the Turkish Ministry of Trade told Trend.
The import of goods by Turkey from the OIC member-states for the reporting period decreased by 19.6 percent and amounted to $12.7 billion.
Turkey’s foreign trade turnover amounted to $26 billion in June 2019.
The export of Turkish goods decreased by 14.3 percent and reached $11.8 billion in June 2019 compared to June 2018.
The import decreased by 22.7 percent and reached $14.2 billion in June 2019 compared to June 2018.
