During first four months of the current Iranian year (started March 21, 2019), $404 million worth of products were exported to Iraq through the Mehran border crossing in Iran’s western Ilam Province, Deputy Director of Trade and Development Affairs at Industries, Mines and Trade Organization of the province Saeed Sharif told IRNA, Trend reports.
According to him, over 630,000 tons of products were exported during this period, and exports increased by 26 percent compared to the same period last year.
"The main products exported were construction materials, metal, agricultural products, car spare parts and petrochemicals," he said.
