Amount of deals on Turkmen commodity exchange hits over $32M

At the auction of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, 37 transactions for $32,751 million were registered for the last week, Trend reports via Turkmen media.

During the bidding, entrepreneurs from Switzerland and Afghanistan purchased automobile and straight-run gasoline, as well as liquefied gas produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries, automobile and straight-run gasoline produced at the Seydi oil refinery.

Russian merchants purchased high-density polypropylene and polyethylene from the Kiyanly polymer plant.

In addition, colorless flat glass, cotton yarn and licorice root extract were sold to businessmen from Serbia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Pakistan.

Entrepreneurs from Russia, the UK and Turkey purchased cotton yarn for 5,208 million Turkmen manat.

Turkmen businessmen purchased vehicles worth 202,000 Turkmen manats to the domestic market.
