One-of-a-kind factory throughout CIS commissioned in Uzbekistan

The only factory in the whole CIS for dyeing stern threads of the Uztex Group company has been commissioned in the city of Chirchik in the Tashkent region of Uzbekistan, Trend reports citing Uzbek media.
Speaking at an event, Chirchik Governor Kahramon Rashidov and others noted the importance of the new enterprise for the development of the textile and sewing-knitting industry in the country.
“More than 300 new jobs were created at the new plant for dyeing stern threads, the factory’s capacity is dyeing 50 tons of stern threads per day. Another important feature is that our company has the most advanced technologies from Switzerland, Germany and Turkey,” General Director of Uztex Group Fazliddin Sirozhiddinov said.
Today, the company Uztex Group occupies a prominent place in the development of the textile and clothing-knitting industry. The company began its operations in 2009, and today it unites ten enterprises.
More than 10,000 employees work at these enterprises. A cluster method of work has been introduced here, covering processes from cotton production to the manufacture of ready-made clothes.
Currently, 95 percent of Uztex Group's products are exported. The company's enterprises produce threads, fabrics, clothes, towels and socks. The manufactured products are exported to Italy, Germany, England, France and other countries. In total, 45 countries are consumers of the company's products.
