Azerbaijani company to begin to produce French Fougasse bread

Azerbaijani company Brot Baku has begun to use the French technology for baking a new type of bread, Nigar Abdullayeva, technologist of the company, told Trend.
“The matter rests in baking French Fougasse bread,” the technologist said.
“We plan to begin to produce Fougasse bread in the coming month,” Abdullayeva added. “Bread will be sold in the company's own store, which will open in November 2019. While baking this type of bread, natural additives including flax, sesame and other seeds, will be used. This type of bread will be baked in small volumes. We plan to gradually increase the production volumes as far as demand grows."
Presently, the range of the company’s products includes several types of bread baked upon the Russian and German technologies.
