Azerbaijan's GDP growth in 2019 will be 2.3 percent, Trend reports referring to an updated government forecast.
For comparison, the GDP growth was 1.4 percent in 2018.
According to the forecast, GDP growth rate will be lower than the initial estimate (3.2 percent) in 2019.
So, the nominal GDP of Azerbaijan in 2019 will be 79.1 billion manat ($46.5 billion).
For comparison, this figure reached almost 79.8 billion manat ($46.9 billion) in 2018.
The growth of oil GDP will increase up to 0.8 percent in 2019, compared to 0.6 percent in 2019 and the non-oil GDP will increase up to 3.2 percent, compared to 1.8 a year earlier.
