In September 2019, prices for commercial facilities in Baku increased compared to September 2018, Director General of the consulting company MBA Group, a real estate expert Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
Compared to September 2018, when the cost of one square meter of commercial property was $1,498, this figure increased to $1,642 in the same month of 2019.
On an annualized basis, this indicator increased by 9.61 percent, while the increase on a monthly basis, compared with August 2019, amounted to 1.38 percent.
Growth was also observed in the prices of land plots.
In September 2019, the average price per 100 square meters of land plot amounted to $1,542, while the average price per 100 square meters of land in the same month of the past year amounted to $1,398.
The prices for private houses with a yard increased by 1.3 percent compared to the same month last year, and by 0.7 percent compared to August 2019.
A relative increase in prices was also observed for country (summer) houses. InAugust2019, prices in this segment of the market increased by 1.06 percent compared to the same month last year, and by 1.6 percent compared to the previous month of 2019.
In the rental sector, in September 2019, prices increased by 1.6 percent compared with August 2019, and on an annualized basis - up to 3 percent.
