Masalli brick factory, the biggest producer of building materials in Azerbaijan, is increasing the volume of brick exports to neighboring Georgia, a source at the plant told Trend.
“Since the beginning of this year, we have made several deliveries of bricks to Georgia,” the source noted. “Each of these deliveries amounted to 1,200 tons of bricks. We plan to increase the monthly supply of building materials to this market to 2,000 tons of bricks, considering the existing demand for the plant’s products.”
The source also noted that the daily brick production at the plant is 500 tons, but there are plans to bring this figure to 600 tons of products and more.
The plant operates at full capacity, and the production volumes are mainly oriented on orders both within Azerbaijan and abroad.
Masalli brick factory has been operating in Azerbaijan since 1983.
