The price per square meter of land for apartments in Iran’s Tehran city increased by 131.7 percent this summer compared to the same period last year, Trend reports referring to Iranian Statistical Center.

According to the report, the price of 1 square meter of housing this summer in Tehran increased by 80.1 percent.

The price of rented apartments rose by 31.2 percent this summer in Tehran in addition to the payment of 3 percent pledge of the total cost of the apartment.

Under the terms of the apartment renting agreement in Iran, 3 percent of the sale price of the apartment is pledged to the apartment owner and returned when the contract expires.
According to the official exchange rate of the Iranian Central Bank, $1 is 42,000 rials. It is possible to import the necessary products into the country according to this exchange rate. $1 is 113,000 rials in the black market.
