Iran discloses volume of products exported from Hamadan province

Some 452,000 tons of the goods worth $75.5 million were exported through the checkpoints of Iran’s Hamadan province from March 21 through November 21 of this Iranian year, Chairman of Industry, Mine and Trade Organization of Hamadan province Hamid Reza Metin said.

“Some 111 types of products were exported from the province,” Metin added, Trend reports referring to IRNA.

“Among the main exported products were copper wires, fittings, ferrosilicon, clinker, air conditioner motors, raisins, tomato paste and sanitary porcelains,” the chairman said.

“Most of the products of the Hamadan province are exported through other Iranian checkpoints,” Metin added. “Thus, the products worth $780 million were exported from Hamadan province through other checkpoints from March 21 through October 22 of this Iranian year."

The chairman said that 5,000 tons of products worth $26.5 million were imported to the province during the reporting period.

Metin said that among the main imported products was equipment.

The goods worth more than $1 billion were exported from Hamadan province last year (from March 21, 2018 through March 21, 2019). The products worth $1.3 billion are expected to be exported from the province this Iranian year.
