Azerbaijan's Masalli Brick Factory, a major producer of building materials in the country, is planning next deliveries of bricks to Georgia, a source in the company told Trend.
"Currently, there is a great demand in the Georgian market for this type of building material, so we have already sent three batches of bricks to this country since early 2019. By the end of the year, we plan to send another batch of 1,200 tons of bricks. Previous deliveries also totaled 1,200 tons of construction materials. Starting next year, we intend to increase the batches to 2,000 tons of bricks," the source said.
According to the source, the daily brick production at the plant is 500 tons.
Starting next year, the company plans to bring this indicator to 600 tons and over.
The factory operates at full capacity, without downtime, and is mainly focusing on orders both within the country and abroad.
Masalli Brick Factory has been operating in Azerbaijan since 1983.
