The total value of food production in Azerbaijan exceeded 3.1 billion manat ($1.8 billion) in the first 11 months of 2019, which is 4.5 percent more than in the same period of 2018, Trend reports referring to the country's State Statistical Committee.
The production of beverages increased by 38.2 percent and exceeded 399.4 million manat ($234.9 million), while the production of tobacco products increased by 73.8 percent and exceeded 147.1 million manat ($86.5 million) from January through November 2019.
