Iran discloses volume of goods exported via Kashan checkpoint

The value of goods exported via the Kashan checkpoint in Iran’s Isfahan province increased by 15 percent from March 21 through December 21, compared to the same period of last year, director of the Kashan checkpoint Alimurad Novruzi said.

“Some 357,000 tons of products worth $221 million manufactured by industrial enterprises in Kashagan industrial parks were exported during the reporting period,” Novruzi added, Trend reports referring to Fars news agency.

“Carpets, wires, kitchen utensils, healthcare supplies, copper, chemical products and aluminum were among the exported products,” Novruzi added. “Cast iron pipes, various fittings, PVC, dairy products and detergents were also exported.”

“The products were exported via the Kashan checkpoint to Afghanistan, Albania, Qatar, Georgia, Germany, Australia, Singapore, Kuwait, Tajikistan, Italy, Sweden, Austria, Uzbekistan, China, Zimbabwe, Ukraine, Pakistan, Lithuania, Libya, South Africa, Oman, Indonesia, Turkmenistan, Iraq, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Canada, Malaysia and Bulgaria,” the director of the checkpoint added.
