Volumes of fuel oil transshipment via Turkish ports revealed

A total of 250,376 tons of fuel oil were transported via Turkish ports in January 2019, Trend reports with reference to the Turkish Transport and Infrastructure Ministry.
In the same month, volumes of fuel oil transshipped by the vessels flying the Turkish flag made up 6,114 tons.
“During the кузщкештп period, 244,262 tons of fuel oil have been transshipped through ports of Turkey by vessels flying flags of other countries,” the ministry said.
The ministry also noted that in January of the same year 10,320 tons of fuel oil have been transported via Turkish ports in transit.
The volume of cargo transshipment through ports of Turkey made up over 32.9 million tons in January 2020.
Through the same period cargo transshipment by vessels flying the Turkish flag has amounted to over 2.4 million tons, while the vessels flying flags of other countries carried over 30.5 million tons of cargo.
In total, 6.1 million tons of cargo were transported in transit through Turkish ports.
