Turkmenistan masteres production of new non-woven material

BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 22

By Jeila Aliyeva - Trend:

Turkmen Senet company became the first in Turkmenistan to master the manufacture of non-woven material of a new generation - spunbond, Trend reports with reference to the Turkmenportal information portal.

In the industrial zone of the Akhal region, entrepreneurs of the Turkmen Senet society have built and launched a plant with a capacity of about 2,500 tons of this unique material per year.

The plant uses fiber-forming polymers, such as polypropylene, manufactured at the Kiyanly polymer plant, as raw materials for non-woven fabrics.

This polymer raw material provides the most dense distribution of fibers in the canvas, which are connected to each other in a special way, without using the weaving method.

The plant of Turkmen Senet company has already produced more than 250 tons of spunbond in the form of rolls of various width and colors.

Innovative products of Turkmen Senet have already been recognized by industry specialists.

The main customer of the plant's products is the Saglyk enterprise of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan.

Manufacturers plan to cooperate with other companies and industries.

In the future, it is planned to open such workshops in Ashgabat as well.

Entrepreneurs have already exported the new fabric to Turkey, China, and Russia.
