Azerbaijan is currently in 12th place among foreign buyers of products of the Russian Chuvash Republic with deliveries worth over $4 million in 2019, Russia’s Trade Representative in Azerbaijan Ruslan Mirsayapov told Trend.
Mirsayapov spoke about the results of the webinar held at the Export Support Center of the Chuvash Republic with the participation of the Russian Embassy in Azerbaijan, the Russian Trade Mission in Azerbaijan and the Russian Export Center in Azerbaijan.
The representative said that 41 percent of the region's total export to Azerbaijan accounted for interior doors.
“It is planned to conduct separate consultations between Chuvash exporters and Azerbaijani experts, as well as organize business missions of enterprises of the Chuvash Republic to Azerbaijan with the support of the Trade Representation of Russia in Azerbaijan,” Mirsayapov said.
The representative added that entrepreneurs of Chuvash are interested in cooperation with Azerbaijan and are ready to expand the boundaries of joint activities.
