To increase the export and investment potential of Azerbaijan, the expansion of cooperation with Russia’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Rostov Region continues, Trend reports citing the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers’) Organizations of Azerbaijan.
The expansion of the cooperation is also aimed at enhancing economic ties according to the priorities of the Confederation for external relations, said the message.
For this purpose, on August 4, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Confederation and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Rostov Region, the message noted.
According to the memorandum, the parties are planning to conduct mutual business missions, exhibitions and business forums, as well as jointly implement potential projects, exchange information and best practices, the message said.
At the same time, following the results of the negotiations with the joint organization of National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers’) Organizations, Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Rostov region are planning to hold an online meeting with the participation of entrepreneurs operating in Azerbaijan and Russia’s Rostov region in the near future.
The National Confederation of Organizations of Entrepreneurs (Employers’) of Azerbaijan was established on March 5, 1999 in Baku and passed the official state registration.
It unites over 1,000 business entities, including 35 associations and unions of a socio-economic profile.
